Privacy notice

What we collect

The details you enter (participant type, category, name, phone, email, office and sponsor), a photo or scan of your NIN card, the name you type to sign, the time you signed, the agreement version, and your IP address and browser type.

Why we collect it

To confirm who you are, confirm your place in Team Blockbusters, and keep a record that you accepted the Operational Policy & Participant Agreement.

Who can see it

Only authorised Team Blockbusters administrators who review memberships. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How it is protected

Your NIN image is kept in private storage that cannot be reached from the web, and is only opened by an administrator during review. Location and device data embedded in photos is removed when you upload. Everything you send travels over an encrypted connection.

How long we keep it

Retention period to be confirmed by Team Blockbusters.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact team contact to be confirmed.
